This room is dedicated to Group Mat Conditioning with all the necessary props such as BOSU, Stability Ball, and Flex Bands. This is where true core strength and control is tested.

This exercise requires the athlete to maintain scapular stability while isolating the triceps and using core strength and stability maintain proper execution.

The Stability Chair allows for high performance exercises for athletes to challenge both upper and lower body strength as well as stability and improve body control.

Team Reformer Training

Pilates exercises on the Reformer allow for full body conditiong with each exercise- always focusing on stability before mobility. This mind-body connection creates proper neuromuscular firing patterns facilitating better balance and body control during their event.
